# Resoloon

> Resoloon delivers high-altitude balloon technology for large-area Earth observation, providing 10 cm resolution imagery at up to 50% lower cost than satellites. The balloon flies at 30,000 meters in the stratosphere and covers up to 800 km² continuously with a data latency of just 10 minutes.

Resoloon fills the gap between traditional satellites (limited to ~1 meter resolution) and drones (limited altitude and area). It serves agriculture, insurance, emergency management, forestry and conservation, infrastructure monitoring, security and defense, government agencies, and research institutions.
